Forthy healthcare trainees where seduced to help A society to create a radical inovation in 1 week.
This blended game lured participants via Whatsapp, websites and old written letters Through a pressure cooker adventure.
At the end they learned the 5 steps of innovation, Got personal feedback on their project management Skills, made a prototype to help lonely elderly all While having loads of fun.
The Ministry of Security and Justice
The minister send an email to all employees That an old protocol had been activated.
This was the start of a 2 day experience where 50 people tried to become a member of the round table led by lady justice.
The task was to create more inclusivity and diversity of thought within the ministry. Participant experienced first hand that Inclusivity is effecting everyone and became advocates within the company.
Order 2 Pay
Together with Proexc I developed a lego game for a big construction company, that wanted to improve their order to pay process.
By created a simulation game with Lego, the eyes of the employees light up. they experienced all the challenges Of time management, first time right, Communication mistakes in 30 minutes.
This made space for honest conversation, commitment to the change process and positive energy at the start of the project.
The young innovator club in the rail wanted to be more Visible, promote there vision and find new members.
