The brief
In a rapidly growing organisation with increasing complexity, I was brought in to strengthen focus, structure and collaboration within the management team.
My approach
I developed a change programme and supported the management team through it. I brought structure to project management and decision-making, coached leaders on priorities, follow-through and completion, and facilitated individual and team development.
What it achieved
Stronger collaboration and greater ownership within the team. Alongside operational pressures, more space emerged for strategic thinking and shared direction.
