BEING HUMAN TOGETHER

What would leadership look like if nobody needed to prove they belonged, and people led only to achieve something together?

THERE’S A WORD FOR IT.

ineffable

Beyond words.
Within experience.

Why I design experiences

Some things need to be experienced

There is a world of difference between knowing something and truly understanding it. You can talk endlessly about trust, collaboration or change, but living through it yourself can bring a deeper level of understanding. That is what I find so special about experience design.

An experience can reveal what words leave hidden. What we think we do is not always what we actually do. Play offers a space to explore behaviour, discover new perspectives and try things out. The world you create may be fictional, but the feelings people experience within it are real.

And why should we approach everything so seriously? I believe playfulness, curiosity and creative flow can open something that talking and planning alone cannot reach. Play brings energy, opens doors in our thinking and reveals possibilities we had not seen before.

Some things go beyond explanation. You need to experience them.

Chantal on stage, holding a basket of colourful balls

THE PERSON BEHIND THE IDEAS

Hi. I’m
Chantal.

I see possibilities where others see question marks.

More than 10 years of experience in concept development, experience design and creative project leadership.

With a head full of ideas, a generous dose of curiosity and an unstoppable urge to make things, I explore what happens when we try a completely different approach.

I dream big, start with people and make it happen. To create something extraordinary — and set something in motion.

More about me

A path that was never a straight line

I have always been curious. About people, the world and what becomes possible when you look at things a little differently. My path began with Leisure Management: I wanted to create extraordinary moments that stay with people. But why does something move us? And what inspires people to act? Those questions led me to Psychology. Later, I completed a master’s in Business Studies, specialising in Management in the Creative Industries.

That combination of experiencing, understanding and organising runs through everything I do. I worked on innovation and organisational change while continuing to experiment, start ventures and create. From co-founding a brewery to interactive events, serious games and large-scale art projects. I love bringing something that first exists only in my head to life together with other people.

What fascinates me is the part you cannot fully design: an unexpected conversation, an insight, something that moves you without being able to explain exactly why. Ineffable. That is what I want to make room for.

I am a dreamer with a strong drive to make things happen. I love asking big questions and rolling up my sleeves. A wild idea excites me; bringing it to life excites me just as much. To me, life is far too interesting to spend it watching from the sidelines.
