The brief
How can organisations work across departments and make better use of people’s talents? The online platform Part-up matches work with people based on motivation, availability and competencies.
My contribution
As a consultant and implementation coach, I advised organisations on self-organisation and facilitated sessions. I helped employees use the platform and supported community building.
